Hip-Hop Theater
Festival presents a workshop performance of Written and performed by Glenn Gordon Glenn has received
the results of his African Ancestry DNA test. Now he must go on a journey to discover what it means to be a “for real
African.” On the way, Glenn discovers that redefining his sense of identity means more than just a name change. He must
face challenges never faced before. Inspired by true events, Re:Definition uses hip hop, poetry, comedy, and music to tell
the story of what happens when you define yourself for yourself…and what you discover along the way. This
